CSAY #59 - Sketch Challenge

This week was a sketch challenge .... It was such a great sketch to follow! The card stock, paper and ribbon are Stampin Up. I used the Sassy Cheryl's image from last week, I just love this snowman and I wanted to give him some more face time this week when I had more time to play! I ran short of time last week as I was super busy and it shows in my card :-( I colored him with Copic markers.

I encourage you to go check out all the other wonderful cards on the CSAYL Blog and to make a card of your own from the sketch!!

Hi everyone! Sassy Cheryl here and I’m so happy to be sponsoring the Christmas Stampin' All Year Long (CSAYL) challenge this week. I have been creating graphics and have licensed my work to companies such as Kohl's, Hobby Lobby and Shopko, among others, for over six years.

I started creating digital images about ten ago. I absolutely LOVE to draw and always carry a small sketchbook for those times when a bit of inspiration hits. It's been a lifelong dream to become a working artist, and besides deadlines, I LOVE everything about what I do! It really helps that I have a very supportive husband and son (they also can be my biggest critics!)

Through the digis I create, I’ve met so many wonderful, talented ladies. The projects they make using my images makes it all worth it. ‘Can’t wait to see what you will create with my Sassy images. Thanks for playing along this week… happy coloring!

Once again another fun week! I love this snowman image, he is super cute! I used color pencils to color him. I am having so much fun using digital images! I just did a quick simple card as I had a busy week. I hope to have more time to play with this image and create some additional cards!

Thanks for stopping by! :-)

I added rhinestone brads and star as my bling! I went simple this week as the snowman image is just so darn cute all on his own!! The picture really does not do him justice, his hat, scarf, buttons and carrot nose are all layered for a little 3 dimensional look.
