Happy Valentines Day!

These are the cards I did for Valentines Day. I used images from both January 2010 and December 2009 KOM from Unity Stamp Company. I just love these images and for $26 a month it is a great deal!! The card stock and inks are Stampin' Up Rose Red, Pretty in Pink and Chocolate Chip. I just love this color combo!!!

My Heart

I used my Creative Memories Cutting System to cut out my heart shaped card as well as the layers. For the card I started with a 6 x 6 card and placed the heart cutter template so that it would not cut the entire fold length, leaving about an inch fold on each curve of the heart top.

Stamps: Stampin' Up! Small Sayings & Weather or Not

Papers: Basic Grey Bittersweet

Card stock: Close to Cocoa, Creamy Caramel, Basic Black

Inks: Pretty in Pink, Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa

Love Canvas

I made this for a dear friend of mine. It is an 8" x 8" x 2" canvas. I buy my canvases at Arron Brothers they come primed and ready to use. I used my Stampin' Up! classic ink directly on the canvas. Started with the lighter shade of Pretty in Pink and accent with Pixie Pink and Tempting Turquoise. I again used the ink pad itself and inked the mat for the photos. I would use my heat gun to dry it between colors to avoid smearing. I used Stazon ink for the stamped images.

Book of Love

I made this a few weekends ago and I am just getting to post it today.

The cut out heart filled with buttons is my favorite part!! The
lighting is bad on the closeup pictures but you can still get the idea!
